Gran Turismo (2023)
The Story
Jann is one of the best Gran Turismo player, and he is invited to join a group of other top-tier racing simulator players to train for the real GT races. Once selected, he still has to qualify to earn a license, which means racing professionals who aren’t keen that a video gamer is joining their ranks.
Alongside former racer and now mechanic Jack, Jann learns the joys and dangers of real-world racing. He and the other gamers show that hours put in at the Internet cafe are just as important as the ones on the pavement.
This movie is based on a true story, but save yourself some spoilers to fully enjoy the movie and DO NOT start researching the true story.
