For Film’s Sake is based in North Central Florida, in the Southeast. So we thought to make part of this site specific to the area.

To us, the southeastern section of the United States includes Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. 

The main focus though is Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee — Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa/Ft Myers, Miami, Atlanta, and Knoxville. These are the bigger movie markets, so they play more indie and foreign movies. Yeah, a lot of us have to travel a few hours to get there, but it’s all worth it once the lights go down in the theater and the movie starts.
